Interior Designer / Color Consultant

Position Overview
At Aiden’s Quality Painting, we do more than apply paint; we help people fall in love with their spaces. We’re looking for an Interior Designer / Color Consultant who’s passionate about creating beautiful, functional environments and genuinely enjoys working with clients. In this role, you’ll partner with homeowners to bring their vision to life, offering creative guidance, expert color advice, and practical ideas that make every space feel special.

What You’ll Do

• Get to know each client: their tastes, dreams, and how they live: so your design truly fits their life.

• Guide clients through color and finish options, making sure everything feels just right together

• Create color palettes and design ideas that work beautifully with each space’s light, layout, and personality

• Share your knowledge about paint, materials, and what works best, so clients feel confident in their choices.

• Team up with our project managers and painters to make sure your design vision is brought to life smoothly

• Share your design ideas clearly: whether you’re meeting in person or using visuals like swatches, boards, or digital renderings.

• You’re creative, with a great eye for color, balance, and the little details that make a big difference

• You’re great at listening to people and making them feel understood: building trust comes naturally to you.

• You stay organized and professional, even when you’re juggling several projects at once

• You love design and care deeply about giving every client a great experience

What We’re Looking For

• You have experience or training in interior design, color, architecture, or something similar

• You’re comfortable meeting new people and sharing your ideas with confidence

• You feel at home working in both clients’ houses and on active job sites

• If you know your way around design tools, like digital boards and color palettes, even better!
